CHECK IN ONLINE
If you do not want to spend time at the reception desk to check in, please send a photo of your passport or your ID card by e-mail (info@empolihotel.com) or by whats app (empoli hotel – +393489707495).
The photo must be of all pages where the text is, if it is the passport. The front and back if it is the identity card.
Se non vuoi perdere tempo alla reception puoi inviare la foto del tuo documento per email (info@empolihotel.com) o tramite whats app (empoli hotel – +393489707495).
La scansione o la foto devono essere fronte retro del documento.
CHECK OUT ONLINE
You can do the check out online and not waste time at the reception. You should send an email (info@empolihotel.com) with the data of your credit card (number – CVV – expiry date) and write: “I authorize EmpoliHotel to make the transaction of € ……”. If you want the invoice must also write the company name and address and the tax code and VAT number.
The invoice will be sent by e-mail.
Anche il check out può essere fatto online. E’ sufficiente inviare un’email (info@empolihotel.com) con i dati della carta di credito ( numero – cvv – data di scadenza ) e scrivere: “ Autorizzo l’EmpoliHotel a fare la transazione di € ………”
Se occorre la fattura bisogna scrivere nell’email anche i dati di fatturazione ( nome e ragione sociale della ditta, indirizzo, partita IVA e codice fiscale ).
La fattura o la ricevuta fiscale saranno inviate per email.
